Interview
Had my secnd interview at the Wine Society, it went really well and I've been invited back to meet the CEO tomorrow. Eek. At a coffee shop!!
I think the role is between me and one other, who is a permenant resident of Aus and also more senior than I am, but the HR manager told me she loved my energy, passion and enthusiasm...So I'm not sure which way it will go. I'd love to get the job, but I guess we'll see tomorrow. Fingers crossed for me please!
Girly weekend
Just come back from a girly weekend in Terrigal (which is a lovely, lovely seaside town about 1.5hrs north up the coast.) Went with my friend sam and 4 of her work friends and it was such good fun. We stayed in the most amazing apartment that I've ever stayed in (http://www.stayz.com.au/property/gallery?property_id=12226&position=5). Got there Friday afternoon, supermarket stop before getting home, had a chilled night with in, bbq'd steaks and watched a movie. Really lovely and relaxing. Saturday, turned into a bit of an all day session out in Terrigal. Anna, Zharlee (from Derby!) and I didn't even make it home to get changed. It was all very, very messy. But great fun!
Had a bit of a chilled one again today, up late for hangover breakfast, into Terrigal to feed the Pelicans(!) and fish and chips dinner and then a snooze in the park for an hour!
It has been a really lovely weekend, with great company and the right mix of relax and razzle.
